What is the estimated timeline for my delivery?

​

Delivery on your order is expected to be completed within 2-4 weeks from order receipt.

​

When will I receive my furniture?

 

Once you have placed your order within the MyServices portal, this is sent to us.  There is a manufacturing lead time and transport to your local area.  Once your order is scheduled for delivery you will receive a text message 3-5 days prior, you need to respond to the text message to confirm the booking with a Y or N. Please try and accommodate the delivery request as we cannot accommodate requests for special delivery days and timeslots. If you must decline your delivery timeslot, we will add your order to the next available delivery rotation in your area within the next 2-4 weeks.

My furniture arrived but where is my Technology Order?

 

Arki Environments are engaged for the supply of task chair and desk only. Technology supply is by others, as such we cannot answer related queries.

My Chair arrived; can I have arms / it is not the same as the chair tag?

​
 

The Telstra task seating guideline stipulates chairs without arms however should you wish to purchase your own arms for your Series 2 Chair you can do so.   Please see furniture options here.

The cost of fully adjustable arms (Height, Width, Depth & Pivot Arm) is $298 including Delivery Nationwide and GST. 

Installation by customer (We urge you to review the installation process prior to purchasing as installation support is usually only available over the phone and this installation could be diffficult for some) - Arm installation download

Can you deliver my desk and I install it myself?

 

We are not permitted to deliver desks in component form for Telstra employees to install themselves.

Can I cancel my order?

 

Should you wish to cancel all or part of your order, please advise us of your order number and details to support@arkienvironments.com

Can I change my address for delivery?

 

Yes, please go here to submit the change of details.  We will update our system.

My height adjustable desk is stuck in a position. How can I fix this?

​

Please run through this reset procedure.  Should you still have a problem please send us a warranty request.

What happens if I have ordered a desk and now, I want to change the desk size due to my circumstances?

​

Telstra pay one delivery fee when a desk/chair is ordered. Should you want to swap out your desk for a different size after delivery, contact Arki on support@arkienvironments.com and quote your RITM and they will provide you with a quote to swap your desk size. The employee is responsible for the additional delivery and set up of the desk. Collection and return of your previous desk are included in the quote.
